Lady friend decided to try her hand in a cocktail dress/bikini contest this past Saturday to try and win $1000. Took her dress shopping the day off, helped her pick things out and helped her get ready. Took 2nd out of 8 women, she was hands down the best looking one there and absolutely should have gotten first. Not just saying that because I’m clearly biased lol. She was still huffing and puffing about it the next day.
Even prettier then that my man. But I’m a sucker for light hair and blue eyes so again. Biased.

Lol no way man. Its ND, that shit wouldn’t fly here, especially in the western side of the state. Gal who won, had a lot of confidence and as I was informed, knew how the show would go, where and how to walk the stage and stand, weeks before, where as we winged everything the day of. So we felt a little cheated, also 2nd place was only $200 compared to $1000 for first, thats some BS.
well, you and your lady should be very proud. She did the best of the 7 that didn’t win, and the one that did was obviously a pro. Your lady should do it again next year and win!
That’s what I told her. We still had fun and made a full day out of it, and now we know that its going to be kind of a shit show if we do it again and know what to expect.

Just joined a Sleeper Fantasy Football Gauntlet survivor league.
32 teams. I’ve never tried this type of league before.
Two lowest scoring teams are out each week.

I did a league like that for a few years. Its kind of fun, but we did it through the Yahoo app and that made it a living nightmare and sucked whatever fun there was out of it. I would make sure you have two studs either 2 RBs or 2 WRs that can MAKE SURE you dont get last for a good chunk of the season, then slowly replace your meh guys on the roster with the other eliminated teams good players as the season goes on. Have to be smart with the FA budget tho. The goal is to not get last until like, the last 3 weeks of the season.
If I pick 25th or worse, I won’t be getting 2 stud players to start.
Going to have to get lucky that a couple of lower tier guys have a breakout year.

Id wager he rejoins the team in-between the final preseason game and season opener. He doesn’t need training camp or preseason, and save as much of his body as he can. Thats my logic anyways

5 Worst Moments as a Vikings fan
Started a new gig this last week – kept me busy. Started dating a new girl. Kept me awake.
Closing in on real tackle foosballs. Starting my FF Dynasty prep – 5 round rookie draft in less than a month. My yearly ritual is to watch ‘The League’ in the background in my free time and try and mock the draft as best I can. 22nd year of this league. Absolute blast. Between ‘The League’ and NFL+ highlight reels I’ll also watch a handful of old Vikes games on the tube of you.
Hoping everyone is enjoying their Sunday. Hotter than a $2 Rolex in Star City. Stay cool. Stay safe. Stay sane.
All I want from camp is health and progress – in that order. Let our guys get a little bit better each day, and let them all walk off the field on their own power.

I was there for that game. Stationed in San Angelo, my buddy (cowboy fan) and I road-tripped. I rented a Viking costume. We were in one of the endzones. Southern hospitality does not apply to Viking fans in that stadium.

Why wouldn’t Addison practice with McFragile if it were a true competition?
I agree that Murray will be the starter week 1 unless he gets hurt or does really stupid things in the limited pre-season action he will see.
My biggest fear for this season, is that Murray looks great, since it is a contract year. Then, the team does well enough that they throw huge money at him, and we end up in purgatory for another 6 years while Murray reverts to his normal level of play and injuries.
Maybe it will work out?
