I just figured this was worth sharing after the fake reports shared about how bad his attitude is.
I was laying in bed this morning and suddenly a feeling of panic hit me. I was going to be late for work! It went away quickly when I realized that I don’t work today. Sometimes it is hard to keep track of the days when you are semi-retired.
Rest assured it will get easier. And as long as it’s not Sunday you good regardless.

What are they going to do?
I’ve thought that more than once. What are they going to do? While I do give a crap, another part of me doesn’t give a crap.
Self-Employed is similar. You can kick it in the rear end for an extended period of time, then you build up a day or two of “f*** its”. “f*** its” are similar to what employees call PTO, but you don’t have to put in a request with HR, you just have to wake up one morning and think “f*** it”, then go do something fun. These were great for extended fishing trips, camping trips, short, vacations, that sort of thing.
Eli and I did our little whirlwind Denver trip before school started using “f*** its”. Well,“f*** its” and Marriott Miles. Between those two things, that trip didn’t cost a dime.
I have those once in a while! They’re great.
Sure are. I don’t mind working on the weekend if kiddo’s off doing something with friends or something, might as well use that time to get some work done. It makes my work week more flexible.

Aaron Jones hurt.
I mean, I would be shocked if he didn’t get hurt at some point, and this is a little earlier than I would have guessed, but he ran a LOT in week 2 and ran really well.
Given the punishment he took Sunday, especially with that helmet popping hit, I am not surprised that he is feeling the effects this week.

The amazing thing was that he wasn’t on the sideline hurt during the game.
“We’ll just keep getting treatment around the clock, and see if we can pick up his workload as the week goes on.”

The last money I spent on a haircut was actually for a hair cutting kit and that was probably a decade ago. My barber is my wife. She hates doing it, but I’m frugal and since my barber retired, I have had trouble finding a real barber. It seems they are all “hairstylists” or “cosmetologists” nowadays.
She hates doing it?
You could just get electric trimmers and buzz yourself at 1 inch or less
That’s what I’ve been doing for 20 years.
Buy a new trimmer every few years for $20.
I did that for a few years, been using the razor for the last 15 or 20.
Ever since to an army, I haven’t been able to grow my hair out, drives me nuts. Now there is not much that grows anyway, but still a little bit. It would still be ugly if I grew it out, and my head works good with shaving, so I just roll with it..
Growing my beard was fun, I might do that again. I should go for duck Dynasty one of these times, I don’t think it would take very long.
My head gets to cold with that kind of haircut. She wants to cut it shorter, but I complain when she does.

Seems like I try a different barbershop every time I need a haircut.
The base was a good place but they usually only had one barber so there was a long line, plus it is close to an hour away so we don’t go very often.
My wife was a licensed cosmetologist, no one in our family has paid for a haircut in almost 40 years.

Baker Mayfield has done well against the blitz so far this year. 11 of 12 for a TD (QBR 125). It could be that their opponents are more vulnerable in the 2nd level and/or secondary during blitzes than the Vikings are, though.
Bucs are 0-2, and that makes them dangerous.
Still, I’d put money on the Vikings before the Tampa Mayfields.

I’d characterize it as a letdown game.
Bucs used to be divisional foes, as you likely know. I think we have more games with the Bucs than any other team outside of the NFC North.

There are many types of blitzes. The simple, send one extra guy up the middle, that allows a qb to make simple check down pass. Then there is the one where you send 3 – 4 beserkers (look up the term if you are unfamiliar with it) from every angle, often unblocked, where pure panic and fear paralyze the QB.
Which type has Baker been exposed to this season?
Good question. I’m not sure the quality of the blitzes, but I do think that the back 7 are not as good for Bucs previous opponents

Not to be “that guy”, but I looked up beserkers and nothing there, although berserkers shows up. A good example is in the movie “Eric the Viking”.
Flo shows 7-8 rushers and once the offense sets up the protection the Vikings decide who to send and who to drop back into coverage.
It gives the QB only a few seconds once the ball is snapped to find a option that will work before he is buried.
