Thank you J.R. Death is inevitable, but it still tries your heart. There’s so much to do now, clearing out all the unused medical supplies, taking care of all the after life effects. I started to write her obituary after I ate, but just had to stop and rest. Thank you and everyone here for caring. Means a lot to me.
Well, my sister passed on Wednesday at 6:35 p.m. I was here with her and held her hand as she drew her last breath. Now all the work begins to settle the estate. She had put everything into a trust, and she designated me as her personal representative and successor to the trust, so the lawyer said we’re in good shape. We have to look for any assets that aren’t in the trust, and add them as the will directs. Once we feel confident every nickel is accounted for, we simply get the court to approve the transfer of everything to me, and I get to divide it up in fair shares with my brother. It’s not quite that simple but simple enough and avoids probate. I’ll be up here in Myrtle Beach as long as this takes, but the wife is happy that soon she will have me all to herself again. Canceling all her credit cards, social security, health insurance, memberships, etc, and advising her accountant, stock portfolio manager, and dozens of other people and entities is painful.
Good luck and sorry to hear. We may trade jabs here over football, but losing family sucks and at the end of the day our football differences are hopefully just part of our skolfamily in-fighting. Hopefully like some families (probably not mine, that’s a different story for a different day), we can come together in the hard times, the actual hard times like this, not just our teams QB sucks (because that isn’t really even a hard time anymore. I think that is the baseline).

Thank you Florida, I loved my sister. I learned to drive in her 1970 yellow Camaro when I 15 going on 16. She was 21. Funny the things that stick with you. She was always my big sister, and worked in the emergency room of Fairfax Hospital, and I was racing motocross in those days, and made my fair share of trips to see her.

Thank you DE. Watching her deteriorate was hard for sure. Just tried to be there and talk with her, and play board games, or whatever. Just being there with her. We talked a lot about our childhood etc. Her husband got dementia back in 2022 and passed away, and I think she secretly wanted to just join him.

France is, in modern parlance, royally f*cked. Just like most of Western Europe, thanks to mass migration and the Cult of Woke.
Import the 3rd world, and you become the 3rd world, especially if your “leaders” actively work against the native population and jail people for opposing being conquered and replaced, while the intruders enjoy social benefits and massive coddling by the state.
In short, this is an engineered assault on all people of European heritage, no two ways about it. Great Britain might hold out a while longer, the British lads are a much tougher bunch than the Frenchies, even if their government is throwing them in jail by the thousands for the heinous crime of opposing mass migration on social media.
My two cents, to answer your question about France, from across the pond.
I’m always interested in the difference between countries there considering land mass wise Europe is like the entire US. How are things in your neck of the woods? It’s weird to me to think of the states here being different countries to make my mindset similar to how Europe is and the possibility of there being that big of differences in such a short geographic area (I mean look at Poland sitting there acting like little European Texas, not at all like the rest of the EU).

They do, but I don’t think that the election will change much. Might be too late for France to get out of this without a real civil war. I hope it won’t come to that
Austria, for now, is pretty quiet in this regard, but I’m afraid that the whole western part of the continent might experience some troubles in the near future.
Great Britain might be next, too many people are waking up to the agenda, only a question of time until they’ll start to to do something about their government that is harassing the natives while continuing to import masses of incompatible people from the 3rd world.
