My daughters birthday tomorrow (28). She will be over for the game and birthday dinner. Unfortunately she will be wearing her Barkley jersey…. I am sure my wife will wear Tiki Barber. Grandson will have Cook or Jefferson. I will likely go with Theilen. I am thinking there are likely not many more games I can wear Theilen while he is still an active player though. I think when he retires / moves on, I will get a Darrisaw jersey. I love that guy, and we had 2 kids at VA Tech, and they overlapped there a bit
Only Jersey I have is Teddy. Not worn that in years.
Threw away #8 at US Bank Stadium during the 3rd quarter of the 2018 season ending game vs Chicago.
If I ever get another Jersey, it will be a new #8 IF Kirk is super bowl MVP, or a John Randle.
Randle was my first Viking Jersey. I still love it.
I only have one jersey, a Peterson one. My kids got if for me. I’m too tight to spend the money the NFL wants for stuff.
Funny story here. back in the “Teddy-Era” (can we call it an era?), my wife saw a Bridgewater jersey on sale for $25. This was right when he was becoming a starter. So she bought it for our grandson.
After him wearing it 2-3 weeks, I noticed on the back it said “Bridewater”, not “Bridgewater”. Good thing the kid could not read yet
That still makes me laugh, gave Kirk’s jersey to trash can treatment
I have a Diggs, Bridgewater and Thielen jerseys.
I’ve been wearing my Daily Norseman T-shirt on game days.
