My new computer came today. I am excited for the new computer but am dreading moving everything over and setting everything up.
I am doing mine a little at a time.
Currently both are set up and sitting next to each other.
New one is currently for Kindle/Streaming/YouTube for the most part.
Old one can still handle simple stuff like e-mail/SkolAsylum.
I use mine mostly for my bookstore business so I am going to have to get the essentials set up quickly. I figured I would have them both set up next to each other, but that will kind of cramp my space on my desk. It will be a challenge for awhile.
On one computer I have UNLV-Boise St plus Army-Tulane and Kindle.
On the old computer I have Lakers-Atlanta, Skoloholics and YouTube.
I am overwhelmed by all my options.

After today I’ll have 10 work days left in the year. I’m off from 12/20 – 1/2.

I had thought with a jury of your peers all 12 must kind guilty.
See in this NY case we have a hung jury – some yes some no. Wouldn’t this indicate one or more finds not quilty?
It has to be unanimous for a guilty verdict.
If it’s officially a hung jury, it should be over.
My bet is the judge tells them it’s ok to convict him just because.
I am thinking 12 guilty votes = guilty.
12 not guilty votes = not guilty.
Some of each that can not be resolved = hung jury.
Hung jury means he can be retried.
Judge sent the Jury back with instructions to ‘keep trying’.
I thought 11 guilty 1 not quilty and it’s over.
Usually it is.
But DA can choose to re-try the case.
Expensive and time consuming but can be done.
Not like the money is coming out of Braggs pocket.
Didn’t know that. Thought if DA didn’t get a unanimous verdict, the defendant then found not quilty and could not be recharged for same offense.
Yep, they can go again if the jury is hung.

If you play the Uno Reverse card, the jury gets hung. Always keep one on you.
I think it has to be unanimous for a guilty verdict.
People were worried about that happening with the Richard Allen trial — that one person would say not guilty.
Unless it is Trump.
Judge said it didn’t have to be unanimous to convict him.
Judge probably thinks even a trial is unnecessary with Trump. Just go from squad car to prison.

Depending on how bad it is, could require transplant or surgery. Also, some antivirals and such have some pretty intense side effects for some people. Just a guess though.

I watched the 1st half of the game last night. Both teams looked beatable.
The Lions have the zebras on their side though which is tough to overcome.
They were actually calling the Lions for PI and illegal contact, which we did not get much of in our game against them.
Yep for now the Packers are on the other end.
Again, I only watched the 1st half, but it looked pretty even at that point. I didn’t catch any egregious calls/non calls.
There were at least 3 obvious hands to the face/facemasks that weren’t called. A Packer player got his helmet ripped off and no flag. On the last 4th down play Goff was down before he handed the ball off.
Didn’t look like he was ‘down by contact’ which meant the play was still live.
Looks like he tripped over one of his lineman foot, ala Ingram.
Didn’t Smith punch someone and that offensive PI.
Haha yeah, St. Brown literally tore someone’s helmet off near the endzone on a scoring drive (it was like 3rd or 4th down) and they didn’t call it. It was blatantly obvious. Just one of those things that makes you have to conclude that the game is rigged.
Will be a tall task for the Vikings to beat the refs and the Kitties. NFL seems to love them for some reason.
They have never been to a Super Bowl. That is a storyline that the NFL will ride with all the way to Detroit winning the SB this year.
They’re going to lose to the Vikings in the playoffs or the Bills in the SB.

We have never won a SB. You would think that the NFL would decide that one of these years it would be our turn.
For sure. They are a “fun” darling team this year. It is obvious every year which teams the NFL wants to move forward based on weekly shenanigans with terrible calls and no-calls consistently favoring certain teams.
they might be fun team but the Chiefs are the darlings of the NFL.

I only watched some of the game last night, but it looked like a pretty good one.
I though the GB DL and running game looked pretty good.
Game could have went either way. Good on Campbell for going for TDs rather than FGs. Would not have won without those extra points.
