Found these to put in my 9mm for snakes when we’re hiking.
For snakes…
Bought a Life Wtr bottle of water, this is the cap. Says CA666.
Anyone know an exorcist?
Sorry, only ones I know of were Jack Lalanne and Richard Simmons and I think they are both dead.
O’Connell said today that “we’ve got a pretty detailed plan for how we want to go about” adding one or more quarterbacks to the roster. The delay can be partially attributed to the NFL’s post-draft deadline for free agents affecting teams’ formulas for compensatory draft picks. But general manager Kwesi Adofo-Mensah said last week that the formula is not the only factor.
“We’ve been patient and really evaluated a lot of different ways we could potentially do that,” O’Connell said of adding another quarterback. “There’s potential trades and free agency and still the draft. We’re going through a process of just figuring out who is the player that we want to solidify that room with knowing that J.J. and Brett are here working, starting today, and eventually we’ll complete that room and still have a competitive situation in there, however you look at it.”
Dang that’s a lot of words but didn’t say anything more than what I would of thought. Could be this, could be that ………. we’ll get there. End of story.
Yeah, typical of KAM and KOC. Say a lot of words that in the end mean a whole lot of nothing.
I just got a Linked In invitation to follow Barrack Hussein Obama.
I think this is a trap.
just don’t follow him into any dark alleys…
If we are talking best potato chip, I’m going with Lay’s Sour Cream and Onion.
They are just so satisfying with a sandwich…
Lays is good. But Cheddar and Sour Cream is the answer.
i enjoy ruffles jalapeno ranch…
or regular potato chips with top the tater dip
Old Dutch pickle flavor. I will fight you.
Just bought some more.
Trump has no idea about what he is doing with this tariff stuff….I just hope he doesn’t ruin the entire U.S. economy, but it’s not looking good. He should stick to stuff he knows….no guys in girls sports, cut government waste, secure the border (which he has done), deport as many illegals as he possibly can, these are all things the American people are 100 percent behind him on….I kind of think he is clueless on this Tariff stuff.
Agreed.
I lean the opposite.
I think he knows exactly what’s he doing.
I see it completely the other way around. Trump knows exactly what he’s doing.
The media will roll out an unending number of economists and experts to tell us we’re crashing and burning on the economy. They point to the stock market and tell us the sky is falling, and Trump is killing us. Nothing could be further from the truth. Energy prices and inflation continue to drop. The tariffs are producing some $2B in income a day, and Trump has already brought in $4.2T in new business commitments to the country.
The stock market is very reactive to unknown states. Investors read articles or listen to the media, and pull their money out of the market. The Dems want Trump to fail, and scaring people out of their investment wits, works to their advantage. They will continue to fan the flames of disaster as hard as they possibly can.
I met Granger Smith once……well, I met someone who met Granger Smith.
OK, I saw someone who met Granger Smith. At a music fest.
Fine……I was at a music fest where Granger Smith performed.
Twinks swept by vaunted Braves. (i wouldn’t watch if they gave me a dugout seat)
Mild lose game #1. Same shit…
Puppies take game #1. I expect refs will find another 20+ fouls on them tomorrow.
Bring on football.
The Wild made it interesting, at least.
I have serious misgivings about the Oilers-Kings, which starts tonight. Gonna be a durn tough out for the Oilers. I would not bet on them winning the series.
Thanks for posting the intermittent fasting thing….as someone who struggles to lose weight – despite 20+ thousand steps each day – I was about to give it a try. I think I will not.
I lost 12 pounds doing the DDP yoga thing. I was doing so-called “Diamond Cutter 2.0″‘s at the end of my first 13 week program and then broke my ribs, now I am doing more sedate 2 or 3 level (on a scale of 1-5) workouts 3x/week. I can do those sessions in one of the spare call rooms when I get a break at work. The 5 level Diamond Cutter I would end up having someone call a code thinking I was dying in the call room…or having sex. Not sure which would be worse.
My point being is that it is all about calories burned vs calories taken in. 12 pound weight loss in the first 13 weeks will not happen again in the second or third or fourth 13 week sessions, now I am just happy to maintain, work on core strength and flexibility. I can do yoga poses now that I would not have dared attempt back in December…plus you can fart like nobody’s business when you are straining out in a “crashing airplane”.
You should google “DP”
DONT!!!
DP Gif is better.
Cheap
Wait a few innings and slide down.
82 games a year and somebody is paying $100 a game?
$8,200 for season tickets.
81*
LOL.
Yep. You got me.
T’wolves had a game on Saturday. My favorite part was the announcers saying that LeBron doesn’t usually say anything to the refs, when he was complaining about a no call.
That son of a bitch whines more than a two year-old
“Whines” but we knew what you meant.
Thanks, fixed it. My phone is stupid and can’t hear.
in my defense, he also weighs more than a two year-old.
my favorite part is when i turned the game on and my kids saw luka, remembered him from last year when the mavs beat the wolves and they said “wait what?? crybaby is on THIS team too?”
Holy shit, Twins tickets are cheap.
where do you usually look for tickets?
Stubhubs. Is there a better place to find them?
Maybe you can find someone to pay you to take them off their hands?
I haven’t bought them yet. I’ll probably wait until closer to game time, I’m guessing they’ll get cheaper.
For some reason, we’re choosing to go to the game on Saturday before we leave to head back home.
I wonder why.

Hey, thanks Bow! Appreciate you posting the thread.
Was busy all morning, now kiddo and I are gonna go fishing. Supposed to rain this afternoon/evening, hopefully we can catch a few beforfe the rain starts.
Minnesota Nice in full swing.
The only bumper sticker missing on this car is the “Coexist” sticker, in order to be fully on board the virtue signaling.
So inclusive and and accepting.
Seems like an extreme form of “election denying”
As long as it’s not “insurrectiony” it’s fine.
From what I hear.
It’s a great way to declare your moral superiority by calling someone else a b****.
Yep.
Plato and Socrates would be proud.
Safe abortions for all? Even the baby they intend to murder? How?
Seems impossible to murder someone in a way that is safe for the murder victim. I don’t understand. I don’t know, maybe it’s just me.
Ever watch videos of Charlie Kirk debating college students, whether it is abortion or politics. Very good watches, on youtube.
I’ve watched some of those.
What puzzles me is why do they need to sterilize the needle for the execution of death row inmates?
I assume that is the case…I would say #1 needles are entirely disposable, no one is “sharpening” and re-using needles, and #2 the people that have to start the IVs and hook them up are trained medical professionals and it would be distressing (one would think) to do that even if you used a standard set as you would before inducing anesthesia, let alone if you were made to use a dirty set.
Another thing on my list of careers I would not do, right up there with working the kill floor at a hog abattoir.
I’ve hauled cattle to the kill plant. If you ever did that, you would stop buying meat at the grocery store.
That’s a solid question
Yep.
Kind of amazing.
Safety means killing to that crowd.
Any intermittent fasters on here? Scientific literature and poster presentations such as at the AHA convention suggesting an increased (~2x) risk of cardiac death in people that eat during an 8 hour interval (16 hour fast) vs those that eat during a more typical 12 to 16 hour cycle, in the general population as well as in populations with cancer or heart disease. More research to follow but at least in an epidemiology study looking at 20,000 adults the results are concerning.
So the translation to me says eat less and die sooner?
If I’m reading this correctly, it’s better to eat one or two meals a day instead of eating every 8 hours?
What it’s saying is that if you eat all your meals within an 8 hour period every day (say you only eat between 10 am and 6 pm), the epidemiologic studies are suggesting you have a 2x risk of cardiac death over someone who, say, eats breakfast at 7 am, lunch at noon, supper at 6 pm. Does that make sense?
does the study suggest why thats the case?
It’s actually several studies. No, epidemiology studies don’t typically give specific reasons why certain things happen, that is more for research. For example, why do smokers develop more COPD and lung cancer than non smokers.
I can theorize why fasting is harmful to the heart but that would only be my opinion.
What is your opinion? I know people that do the intermittent fasting thing and as on a lot of these things, it just seems to be a fad that someone used to make some money by writing a book. They claim they can lose weight or maintain weight. Is the offset of higher cardiac risk worth it?
as someone who has done intermittent fasting and actually enjoy doing it…i would also like to know MT Vikings opinion on this….
I posit that more heart attacks happen on Monday mornings than other days of the week, and more heart attacks occur between 4 am and 10 am. So there is a cardiac risk associated with our normal circadian activities.
My theory would be that by delaying the ingestion of nutrition until later in the day, that in addition to the pump running on fatty acid stores for a more prolonged period than it is “used to”, that there are physiologic stressors associated with circadian rhythm that intermittent fasters are exacerbating.
Thanks MT. Makes sense I guess.
Metabolically speaking, it makes sense as your system is likely always working when you eat regularity throughout the day, as opposed to just eating all your food for the day in one sitting. That could put a resting metabolic system in shock when the food actually enters.
Kind of like jumping into an ice bath shocks the system.
I guess you guys will no what happened to me when I stop posting.
Intermittent fasting , plus Keto. I am sure I am doomed.
I heard they have a vaccine for that though…
That’s appropriate for the common nickname for the state of Delaware.
Exactly….
Thirst
