We’re getting together with the baseball team tonight to play some wiffle ball, eat some meat off the grill, and relax. I can’t believe the season is over already, it went by FAR too fast. This was the best group of kids, parents, and coaches that I’ve ever had in my 5 years of coaching the kiddos. I wish they would’ve had more success in the tournament, but they had a great season. Every one of those kids improved a ton this season, it was a lot of fun to see.

Trey Hendrickson is set to report to Bengals training camp on Monday, even though he has no new deal in place, per NFL.com. Hendrickson previously said he’d hold out if he didn’t get a deal. I’m glad he changed his mind, sitting out instead of playing never goes well for the player.
Chiefs WR Hollywood Brown was carted off of the field at Chiefs training camp, according to CBS Sports.

New trade deal with Korea announced today. Dem’s keep saying all these trade wins are a mirage. They’re telling us the economy is actually tanking, but Trump isn’t telling us.
No Dem’s… that would be how YOU operate. Trump just tells America the truth, and oh by the way, it actually matches up with what we see. Hmmmm… imagine that. Our President isn’t telling us not to believe our lying eyes, but guess who is (again)?
The only reason to listen to Dems is to either laugh at them or to shake your head at all of their lies.

So, in the somewhat lengthy list I posted about today’s training camp, the singular point that I liked most was about Christian Darrisaw.
Darrisaw had been working only in individual position drills as part of the Vikings’ plan to slowly ramp him up. Today, he was on the field for roughly half of the first-team snaps. Veteran Justin Skule, who probably will start in Week 1 if Darrisaw isn’t ready, took the rest of the first-team snaps.
Darrisaw is a cornerstone to our line, and we’re going to need to get some quality play out of him this year to reach the promised land. Seeing him out there taking live reps in pads, is great news.
Will feel much better about JJ (QB) knowing that CD has his back.

Notes from today’s practice:
• Back in full pads today
• Justin Jefferson still not practicing, but was helping with some throws in the beginning of practice
• The players who took rest days yesterday were back today. Yesterday was a lighter practice.
• Christian Darrisaw was playing LT in 11 on 11’s with the starters
• Jeff Okudah has been getting heavy reps with the 1’s
• Max Brosmer has been impressing, making many accurate throws today.
• Jay Ward had a nice day, picking off McCarthy and having a few PBU.
• In the first full team drill between the starters, the offense had just one play of positive yardage out of 8. The defense had at least 2 sacks on the drive. Pure domination from the defense.
• Dwight McGlothern has now gone 3 STRAIGHT days with an interception. He ran across the field to give Justin Jefferson the ball afterwards
• Theo Jackson picked off Sam Howell towards the end of practice. Dallas Turner would’ve had a sack on the play if it was a real game.
• The defense had 4 total interceptions on the day, one thrown by each QB.
Too bad none of it means anything at this point.

An Official FEC complaint has been filed against Senator John Thune (R-SD) for allegedly “SMURFING” $1.14 MILLION – splitting funds into <$10K deposits using 714 stolen senior IDs using WinRed’s platform.
Thune now faces impeachment calls for allegedly using the same fraudulent money laundering Democrats use with ActBlue.
Smurfing is a money-laundering technique involving the structuring of large amounts of cash into multiple small transactions.
Smurfs often spread these small transactions over many different accounts, to keep them under regulatory reporting limits and avoid detection.
Smurfing is a form of structuring, in which criminals use small, cumulative transactions to remain below financial reporting requirements.
We’ll see where this goes. Might be real, and really bad… or may be another political stunt by the left to distract from the focus on the Russia conspiracy.

Yeah, Jordan Spieth, Adam Scott, and Rickie Fowler are basically the only players of interest to me. Matt Kuchar and Tony Finau will also be playing, and I like both of them.

Trump thought he was getting a guy who was pretty non-partisan. Unfortunately, Jay has gotten more and more aligned with the left, and proven to be pure anti Trump.
The Fed needs to be restructured and their goals reset to one.
Also, fewer economists and more business people.
And, don’t think someone with extensive “government service” is a good thing – in my opinion.

It has nothing to do with the U.S. economy, and everything to do with keeping the leftist, globalists, in power. Keep in mind almost half the loans the Fed makes, are from foreign banks, to stabilize the globalist economic situation. America is anything but first with the Fed.
Dems will cry about stopping corruption and vote against this.

Heard Reichard has been a little iffy so far in camp.
Teams win Super Bowls, not individual players. I think this years team looks very good. Both lines look stronger this year on paper. Both our schemes on offense and defense are well established and mature. We should be able to score 24 points or more, while holding other teams to 20 points or less.
Pretty amazing really. Randy is one of my favorite vikes of all time. I’m glad jets on the vikings. We’ve had some great receivers over the years.
If Jets can play 15 years, he is on pace to be 2nd all time.
And that pace will quicken now that he has a future HOF qb throwing to him and will get to play lots of playoff games and a few Super Bowls

Day 2 at the edge of the world. It was cold last night, but we survived. Good thing the camp has WiFi since we are about 2 hours away from a cell phone tower. They made me go fishing last night. My wife was sitting next to me and was pulling them in right and left while I ended up only ended up getting one tiny little walleye. Will I survive to day 3?

I’m not which is why I’m surprised the only pain today is in my ribs. Definitely should have blown a knee out. It was a crappy field with no solid dirt on the mound and I tried changing directions and everything gave out. I wasn’t even drinking for an e league softball game and I looked like a dumb dumb.

Heard someone on the radio say today that if JJ can’t be good in the first part of the season then they won’t win in the playoffs. Makes no sense to me. Maybe they lose a couple early and don’t get as good of a seed but if he has it figured out by the end of the year, they can go anywhere and win.
