They replayed the 2009 NFC Championship game yesterday. Did anyone have the stomach to watch? Me either. It was hotter than two rats humping in a wool sock up here this weekend, my kind of weather! So, we had a good weekend overall. The fishing has slowed down, but I still enjoy getting out there. The Larks are having a down year, we went to the game on Friday and they got slaughtered, but it’s still fun watching the games.

well….the gas (nitrogen I assume) over time loses its pressure which I started feeling in the handling around 150k and if I go over a speed bump even the least bit fast they bottom out. They’ve lost their pressure for sure.

It is a antique no doubt about it. 21 yrs old and runs like a top. Did the headlights a few weeks ago. Thing about the new ones they’re $85-$90k now…not nearly as solid and as well made as my older model. They’re basically a Toyota Camry with nicer features. Plus mine has the M package accessories and the Dinan upgrade. Every time I take it to the dealer they tell me its a classic and way better made than the new ones. Only new one I’d consider is a M5 competition below…$112k 617 HP. Thats just way to much when I paid cash for mine 20 yrs ago and its paid for.

Depends on how fucked up the airline/airport is. On my recent travels it took one hour and fifteen minutes for my bag to show up, then another half hour to clear customs. The way my flights for tomorrow keep getting hotfooted to new stopovers, I’ll probably be able to waive at her in Detroit and Baltimore and a dozen other places before landing in Sacramento.

Lol, we don’t know what we’re having yet. I think at 20 weeks we’ll know for sure but the doc did say we could find out at our next appointment in a couple weeks via blood draw.
My wife’s debating on the genetic screening so if she declines then we’ll have to wait till week 20, but if she wants to do it we should know in ~2 weeks.
We had the genetic screening done, not so much to find out the gender, but just to know if there were any abnormalities, but we also found out the gender.
Yeah I want to do the screening, but my wife is on the fence. We’re pro-life and whatever the test would say wouldn’t change our opinion of he/she. She said if it wasn’t good news, it would just stress her out immensely for the remaining months.
I want to do it just to prepare ya know, but I left the decision to her. Had to compromise on that

Oh, I think it definitely changes your priorities a little and makes you reevaluate what is important in life, even if just subconsciously. Along with that you have other lives that will be affected by basically every decision you make.
You appreciate getting to do adult stuff more because you’ll rarely ever get to, also something about realizing what’s really important like keeping an infant alive and doing stuff with your kids, but really its about enjoying the pre-parenthood things you did because of the rarity of doing anything for yourself.
I bring my kids along with most everything I do.

I wouldn’t say that. While I don’t expect the defense to be top 5, I don’t expect them to be bottom 5 either. Hunter and Smith are going to be a problem up front as well Tomlinson. Kendricks can play as well Peterson and the Hit Man. I think Dantzler is going to be good too. The defense could be decent if not all world. The offense actually COULD be top 5 as we have bonafide skill position players who have proven they can get the job done in the NFL. All boils down to O-line play which is still worrisome to me.
