Testingng this on my new Galaxy Tab Notebook thing. My laptop is having issues like the right click button no longer works, it loads pages slow, etc. So my wife who has one of thes Galaxy Tab things suggested I get one. I don’t like it at all. It’s like having a big smart phone with a keyboard attached. No cursor all touch screen, and all app driven. No way to open multiple web pages at the same time, and no files storage that I can find yet.
I went with the iPad Pro 12.5” screen with a LOGI keyboard. Absolutely love it, super easy to use, 4k resolution, battery last for days. It’s 100% worth it.
Can you call on it? So it’s like a big iphone?

Go with Apple, it’s simplicity to use and quality is unsurpassed. You won’t be dissatisfied. Also get one of the phone cases that has it’s own battery. The protect better and it gives your phone a second battery to stay charged. Phone with last without a charge for a couple days even with frequent use.

Thank you, I feel much better, although I do feel guilty for going off on the controlling sister about a week ago. She’s boo hooed to the whole family, because of course it has to be all about her. I’d love to claim you. Honestly, we normally get along fairly well. Learned not to talk about politics. Can’t help being a bit resentful that they inadvertently contributed to this mess we’re in, and with that moral superiority attitude most liberals have. My favorite relative (other than conservative daughter and her immediate family) is my injured sister. She’s a liberal, but without the attitude. She’s sweet and kind to everyone.
Siblings are terrible sometimes, but there is no law saying you have to speak to them.

Glad I bought my house in 2018 and refinanced in 2020. People should avoid renting unless it is the absolute last option.
Depends on the situation. There are many times renting is a wise choice. Good on you for buying a house as a youngster. Now to flip and move every 2-3 years as the market dictates and increase your net worth.
Dont think I want to move that often. Plan is to sell and flip within the next 3-5 years, finding a significant other to help with income will affect that time line. In my mind renting is just a waste of money, you are spending the same amount or more than a home payment and you will never see that money again. Houses you are at least building equity, you own land, and can do/change whatever you want when you want.
