Fantasy baseball sounds like it would be fun. I’ll be honest, fantasy football is more fun than I expected. It gives me a reason to keep closer tabs on the other divisions & such, and I’d really gotten more detached from football after the kneeling & all that bullshit. I’m still detached, but at least I keep tabs on other games & such now.

Went to a forum the other day, median family incomes are 70K (down from when we had a real Predisent- which is also the only time they went up over the last 20 years +). Even with a avg mortage, people have no money left, at all. Avg person at 50 is worth 2k. Layoffs and lower wages along with huge inflation eating up a lot of income for basic needs.

Hopefully Montana sees the 50% type drop. I want to buy land next summer (wanted to this summer but wasn’t going there). Hopefully keep our current house and rent it out for awhile since I have a 15 year fixed mortgage at like 2.5% and only owe 140k on the place.
In the time that I have lived in the US, I have not seen land prices drop in the areas of Montana that I look at. This would be bare non irrigated land. So I would plan on paying full price. Just stay away from that recreational crap at $2000/acre or more.
