Wow. They say what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger. If that’s true, then if the Vikings don’t kill us, we should be the strongest fan base in the world.
1st Half
This game began as a blowout. The Vikings were up 21-3 at one point, and Kirk Cousins looked laser sharp, and he finished the half with over 200 passing yards. JJ was dominant, Cook was dominant, and the offense controlled the clock and the game. This was a fun half of football. The Bears got a TD on their final drive of the half, but other than that, their offense did very little. Our offense managed a drive in the final minute, but Joseph missed another field goal to the right.
2nd Half
Sigh. Well, you KNEW it was coming, right? Stop me if you’ve heard this before, but the Vikings let the Bears back in, and…….What? Oh, you’ve heard this before? Oh well, listen anyway. So, they let them back in. The offense decided to quit playing offense, thereby allowing Chicago to have the ball, and with our defense, that isn’t good. This was an abysmal half of football for the Vikings. Cam Dantzler stripped the ball on the Bears final attempt at sa comeback, and sealed the game for the good guys.
Summary
The Vikings looked dominant at times. The Vikings looked like garbage at times. In the end, the Vikings won the game, they’ve 4-1 on the season, and they sit alone on top of the NFC North. An ugly win is 1,000,000 times better than a pretty loss. Next up, the Dolphins in Miami, and I’ll be there. Let’s throttle ’em. SKOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It was. We need to figure out our defense, it’s our biggest issue right now. They were fine at the beginning when the other team never got the ball, but you have to be prepared for the other team getting the ball at some point.
