Man, I love being back on my sleep schedule. Was in bed before 9:00 last night, popped out of bed long before my alarm went off at 6:00 this morning. Love it.
That’s the way to do it. My 16 year old doesn’t have school today though, so I waited until 11 for him to get home.

I’ve always been a night person, no way I could fall asleep for the night at 9:00, although I find myself dozing off at times now that I am older and wake up at odd times to use the bathroom
Before I met my wife, I was in bed by 8:30 or so, would read for a half hour & be asleep by 9:00. Usually got up around 5:00.
