After having a career day helping the Minnesota Vikings get an improbable win with a miraculous comeback, Justin Jefferson has been named the NFC Offensive Player of the Week, according to NFL.com. Jefferson finished the day with 10 receptions for 193 yards and a touchdown. He also made what may have been one of the best catches in NFL history on a 4th and 18 in the waning minutes of the fourth quarter to keep the team’s hopes alive when all seemed lost.
Jefferson became the fourth Minnesota Viking to be named the NFC Player of the Week this year. Za’Darius Smith won the award in week 8 vs. the Cardinals, punter Ryan Wright won the award in week 6 vs. the Dolphins, and kicker Greg Joseph won the award week 4 vs. the Saints. Yes, that Greg Joseph.

Here’s to many more awards this year and into the future for this young, exciting Vikings team. We at Skoloholics will be here to keep you up to speed as it happens. SKOL!!!!!!!
He deserves that award and more.
