Lazy today. Pot roast in the crock pot since I still have not shoveled out my smoker.
I really hate winter, and need to reevaluate my life.
I have to work today, I need to re-evaluate my priorities
Gotta work to be able to buy the things to put on the smoker….
I am working a few hours this morning, but will be parked in front of the tv once football starts.
I threw a butt roast in a little while ago for pulled pork Sammies tonight. Wife’s at military training and oldest is at grannies for the weekend so just hanging out with the 4m/o until football starts
I’m going to smoke a butt next weekend, make some coleslaw to go with it
Now I want shredded pork with coleslaw…..
