I wasn’t around much yesterday, so I missed the big news about the Broncos brininging in Payton. The Broncos are reportedly sending their first round pick (29th pick), second round pick, and a future third round pick to the Saints. Some folks are getting on Paton for giving up so many draft picks, but you know, Paton spent a decade watching Rick Spielman draft, so I suppose he places a lower value on draft picks than most GMs.

As mentioned above, the Broncos traded with the Saints to bring on Sean Payton as their new head coach, according to NFL.com.
The Texans have hired former 49ers DC Demeco Ryans to be their new head coach, per NFL.com.
This is funny. Derek Carr (you remember, the dude that the Raiders benched toward the end of the year) has been selected to the Pro Bowl games as an alternate to Joe Burrow.

Hey Kathy while I was home sick this weekend I watched both of those JFK videos…really very interesting…now I have to spend time verifying…but yes as of now I think Johnson likely was behind the JFK hit.
Knew you were sick so wasn’t sure you were up to it. They don’t site every source in their videos, but they site quite a few such as folks who have thoroughly researched certain aspects.

Been dealing with a really bad sore throat/stuffed sinuses, for going on 3 weeks now.
I have been to the DR 3 times, been tested for covid, flu, strep and mono, all came back negative. they put me on a round of steroids to reduce swelling, didn’t help.
i am not on day 6 of some sort of antibiotic, doesn’t seem to help.
I am utterly exhausted as i can’t sleep well at night due to trouble with snoring since everythying is so swollen. i haven’t been this tired since i have had covid a couple years back and mono back in college.
i am thinking of going to an ENT doctor next if i don’t seem to get better.

I suppose so, though I’ve never tried it, gas either actually, but a kid in high school was telling us about huffing gas then watching Beavis and Butthead and hallucinating that they were talking directly to him before he passed out. I had never thought of huffing gas before but after that I was definitely never going to.
Yeah, I’ve worked with people who have done that. It doesn’t seem to ever lead to anywhere good. I’ve never tried that, either. I knew guys back home who got into huffing Glade. I can’t imagine having that odor stuck in your nasal cavity, must take weeks to get rid of the smell.
Glade? Never heard of that, heard of huffing the aerosol out of canned whipped cream or people huffing the cans of dusting aerosol, but never air freshener lol.

Sorry Freezey. Not a medical person, but hope you’re taking immune support vitamins. When I’m really sick like that I take Advil (anti-inflammatory) and Benadryl two hours before bed and at bedtime take Nyquil severe cold and flu. Usually that gets me at least a few hours of sleep. On rare occasions I have to add a glass of wine. Docs recommended a humidifier when grands were too little to take much medicine. We did that for them, but not sure how much it helped.
