We trudge further into this lonely off-season period, just waiting for some…..for ANY Vikings-related news to complain about. I’m really looking forward to seeing what the Vikings’ approach is with the defense. You have to think they’ll be shedding some of their veterans this year to youngen up the aging defense, because the top talent is all 30 and older, with the exception of Hunter, who is 28.
I don’t see the team being very active in free agency this off-season, but you never know. A lot can happen between now and draft time, especially with the Vikings looking to add more picks prior to the draft. I just have a feeling that we’re going to see quite a bit of activity from the Vikings, and I have a feeling that we’re going to see a lot of new faces in 2023, especially on the defensive side of the ball.

Got back in town last night around 11 (Lincoln, NE)
Just in time for the most snow this city has seen in 2 years….

Live on a main arterial so road is clear, city managed to leave twice the amount we got burying my driveway when the plows came thru.

I finished Better Call Saul last night. It was okay, but I liked Breaking Bad a lot better. Breaking Bad always had the “will he get caught” question giving everything urgency. Better Call Saul just had Saul doing stuff. Fun to see him again, but it was all more of a character study than a plot. Totally different animal.

I loved both. Obviously the level of Saul wouldn’t exist without Breaking Bad but man I love Better Call Saul. Part of it is I just love shows of movies that are cast so well. Like Saul and Breaking Bad don’t feel like they were written. It feels like it’s really them. I kind of feel that was a big thing for the MCU vs DCCU. Marvel did such an amazing job casting so many of the characters. I felt like I was watching Thor, Iron Man, Captain America on screen. DC felt like I was watching Affleck play Batman.

The more common way to punctuate the possessive of a name that ends in S is to add and apostrophe, then an additional S, so it would be Flores’s and Flores’ would indicate the possessive of more than one Brian Flores, though this is a highly debated subject and either can be used.
