Vikings Discussion & Random Thoughts

Merry Tuesday, everyone! Kiddo’s Christmas break came to an end as he’s back in school today, so now it’s back to work for me, too. I stayed home yesterday since he was still off school, and we went ice fishing. I’d much prefer ice fishing to working, but ice fishing doesn’t pay the bills, unfortunately.

My thoughts on the head coach terminations.

Pete Carroll: I’m not shocked, dude is old and it’s been a while since he’s been a top head coach. He should have hung it up a while ago. I do believe that any time a team fires a head coach after only a year, it means that the team did a crap job during the selection process.

Kevin Stefanski: The Deshaun Watson signing put the team in a bad position for multiple years. Getting rid of Baker Mayfield was obviously a dumb mistake. Only the Browns would be dumb enough to keep the guy who made the mistakes that prevented success, and fire a good employee instead. Stefanski did more with that team than most people could. The Browns are good at one thing: making poor decisions and NEVER learning from their mistakes. Stefanski is better off without that job, he’ll find something better.

Raheem Morris: I don’t know enough about that team, so I’m not sure if Morris is a bad head coach. I DO know that the GM screwed the pooch on multiple occasions, so letting him go seems like a good idea.

Jonathan Gannon: Meh, the Cards are not a great team, but Gannon has seemed to get less out of them than they’re capable of, so it’s probably best to move on and find someone who is a better fit.

Seeing all the talk on twitter about Herbert or Lamar coming to the Vikings… yes that’s out there as an offseason potential… reminds me of this:

Let’s play Domino’s… shall we?

One strike in Venezuela → Maduro gone.

Next: Iran erupting in 100+ cities. Regime forces overwhelmed. Full revolution underway.

The chain reaction:→ China retreats from Western Hemisphere, gets paid, Taiwan stays safe.

→ Cheap U.S. oil crushes Russia → Putin forced to end Ukraine war.

→ Mullahs fall → Reza Pahlavi returns → Iran goes democratic, cuts terror funding (Hezbollah/Hamas starved), Middle East stabilizes.

→ 50 years of globalist control over America… shattered.

Venezuela → Iran → China → Russia → Ukraine → Taiwan → Middle East.

This is the ultimate domino strategy.

Also Cuba, Venezuela, Columbia, Panama, Mexico, and the rest of the South American continent is getting in line.

I have never seen anything like this in my life. Trump is reorganizing the planet to make America and the world safer, more secure, and more prosperous.

An elderly couple walked into a McDonald’s and sat down at a table near some young people who were having dinner.

The old man approached the counter and placed an order for one meal. He returned, unwrapped the hamburger, carefully cut it in half, and placed one half in front of his wife. Then he gently counted out the fries and split them evenly between them.
He placed two straws into the soda and set it between them.

The old woman began to eat her half of the burger while the man just watched.
From time to time, he took a small sip of the drink, but he never touched the food.

People around them started to notice and looked on with quiet sympathy.

A young man approached and politely offered to buy them another meal so they wouldn’t have to share.

The woman smiled and said kindly, “Thank you, but we’re used to sharing everything.”

Still, the man hadn’t eaten a bite. He simply watched as his wife enjoyed her meal.
The young man returned and offered again.

This time, the old man responded, “Thank you, but we really do share everything.”

The young man paused for a moment, then asked:

“But sir… what are you waiting for?”

The old man smiled and said:

“The teeth.”

Yes, she had to resign the day after she was appointed… after old social media history, including antisemitic tropes like labeling Jews “money hungry” and mocking Orthodox customs, were discovered. This post highlights a provocative quote from her, after Mamdani appointed her as Director of Appointments for New York City, stating “It’s important that white people feel defeated,” amid her December 2025 announcement.

Jan 2, 2023… Safety Damar Hamlin made a tackle on Tee Higgins and collapsed. He went into cardiac arrest. CPR was used to get his heart beating again. He was rushed to the hospital and survived. The event happened with about 5 minutes left in the first quarter. The Bengals were up 7-3. The game was initially suspended, then canceled later that week.

The Falcons and Kirk Cousins agreed to modify the final two years of the quarterback’s contract, setting the stage for a decision on his Atlanta future to be made by the third day of the 2026 NFL league year on March 13, a source told ESPN.

As part of the restructure, there is now a guarantee in the amount of $67.9 million for the 2027 season that vests March 13. Given the high unlikelihood that the Falcons or any team that would acquire Cousins via a trade before March 13 would want to be on the hook for that $67.9 million, a decision on Cousins’ future could come before that date.

The restructure also included reducing his 2026 base salary from a non-guaranteed $35 million to just $2.1 million, a difference of $32.9 million. That amount equals the increase in his 2027 compensation that this amended deal includes, just split differently. The restructure does not impact any guaranteed money already owed to Cousins.

No longer New Vikings Fan

6 January 2026 4:38 pm

So I saw this…

While Cousins and the Falcons — who are undergoing a search for a new general manager and head coach — could agree to another amended deal to keep him with Atlanta, one logical possibility posited by salary cap experts is the team moving on from Cousins before March 13 via a post-June 1 release.

Such a release would split the dead money on Cousins’ contract over the 2026 and 2027 league years, as opposed to the team taking on the full amount in 2026, while also creating cap flexibility for Atlanta on June 2. Additionally, by agreeing to reduce Cousins’ base salary for the 2026 year, the Falcons create more cap flexibility right away, as his cap charge dropped immediately.

Reading that makes me think that the Falcons asked Cousins to work with them to give them cap space, while setting him up to be released.

Regarding the HC firings so far:

None were really surprising, but the common denominator for pretty much all of them was no long term solution at QB. I also think Carroll is old and needed to retire a while ago, Morris sucked but his GM signing Kurt to a massive contract and then using pick #8 on a QB didn’t help at all since one is old coming off injury and the other couldn’t stay healthy in college and shockingly had a serious injury his first year as a starter, Gannon did about what you’d expect with their level of talent and midget clown QB, Stefanski is the best of those fired, how he managed to drag that shitbox franchise in Cleveland to a playoff win is a a mystery and he’ll likely be the top candidate for other open jobs. Daboll mostly sucked other than one season where Danny Dimes stayed healthy and they won a playoff game but otherwise they were terrible. wonder if he goes back to Buffalo.

They managed to go 9-8 with a poopoo platter of unprepared JJ, broke ass Wentz, and lol Max Brosmer. If JJ continues to improve KOC will be fine, they’re futures are pretty much linked. KAM is different, he’s not done a great job filling out the roster, some good moves, but the bad ones are just so bad its hard to see past them.

I’m kind of like that big old water buffalo that died and now the carcass is being picked clean. I started out in a blend fund with the 403(b) and then after 10 years of saving dick while I re-educated I did the old Boglehead three fund simple portfolio in addition to maxing out the 403, 457, and IRA.

My wife wants me to retire at 62 (5 1/2 years), that is going to be hard to me. But the circling carrion eaters at Fidelity offered to put me into their wealth advisory team and take care of balancing and rebalancing all the retirement and non retirement funds in our lives as long as I wet their beak for a 0.8% cut, and I took it as it was taking more and more time to keep track of everything. Now they have all my equities in stocks, as in I own exclusively stocks and not mutual funds, so there is no going back until my bones are picked clean.

Update on Madison:

Still comatose. Inter cranial pressure spiked to pretty dangerous levels but have subsided. Her numbers are getting better. Hoping for an MRI this week if she continues to improve. No word on what brain damage may be in play.

I went to see her last week, barely got in the door before breaking down. She’s a tough kid from tough stock, but the road ahead will be long and winding.

My soon to be ex also went to see her and had the same reaction – but it comforted me to no end that she was there, offering support.

This life is damn funny and nothing less than complicated.

I’ve informed my sister of all the prayers and well wishes from yall. Was hard for her to understand the concept of this place and what we do here but she was overwhelmed by the thought of a bunch of strangers, people she’s never laid eyes on, taking it upon themselves to pray and keep Madison in their thoughts. The last few weeks has brought a lot of shed tears, those were tears of comfort.

Thanks to all of you from the bottom of my heart. ❤️

Sometimes wonder how much prayer helps. But then remember a line from an old book talking about the soldiers on Bataan when the Japanese attacked – ” There are no atheists in the foxholes.”

Yeah, its not fun, over the holidays I was watching christmas movies and a quote from this shitty Ben Affleck film “surviving Christmas” kind of struck a tone, his fake mom and dad are about to get a real divorce and she says essentially, Mommies and Daddies fall in love, get married, make babies, deal with the realities of life, and then stop getting it on.

Its pretty accurate for me at least, met my wife, did all kinds of fun shit like concerts, ballgames, festivals, etc, got married, bumped uglies without protection, had baby, bumped uglies on schedule for another baby, then started bumping uglies less and less as life became more consumed by work and children for both. Resentment and frustration starts setting in and you both hardly recognize in eachother the person you fell in love with and you realize one day you are just two people raising children and not a couple anymore.

It’s odd. No infidelity. No abuse – not that I should be rewarded for those things, I shouldn’t. No man should. Should be a given that I won’t cheat on or beat my wife.

13 years difference. Lots of things contributed to this. We grew apart.

Still love her very much. She still loves me. We have coffee once a week. I can pick up Goose whenever I want. It’s amicable – which also makes it tougher.

Be a lot easier if we hated each other. We don’t. Just different people than we were 12 years ago.

It’s amazing the number of “best friends” you can go through in a lifetime as you change, then some people don’t understand how you and a spouse can grow apart over the years.

I count my blessings I didn’t have children with my first 2 wives, back when I was young and stupid and shouldn’t have been married in the first place……

Madison and her sister were T-boned in traffic in West Omaha the day after Christmas.

Sister walked away with a broken nose and concussion.

Madison was the passenger and took the brunt of the impact. She’s been in a coma since. Lots of complications early – got the wrong blood type given to her by hospital staff, which I’ve never heard of.

Theres been improvement, but still a long road ahead.

Anyone else spend 3 hours in the ER last night getting 6 needles into their c***?

Just me? Cool.

The story:

I suffer from migraines. Have most of my life. Mostly stress induced and the last 18 months has been chock full of that. So I routinely take a sleep med to get good rest. I take trazadone. Worked for a long time.

As most of you know, I’m also an avid cannabis user.

Did you know that the combination of trazadone and cannabis can cause priapism? I didn’t. I do now. More than ever do I know.

Feel free to look up priapism and after you stop laughing, continue reading…..

So yesterday morning I woke up at my usual 515 with an absolute raging boner – could pound nails with this thing. Also woke with a migraine – vision was blurry and my head was pounding. So I called in. Took a migraine medicine and 1/2 dose of trazadone and went back to sleep.

Woke a few hours later….. massive rager again. Aching. Painful. Could lay on my back and use it to play horseshoes. Try an ice pack on the gooch – nothing. Ice pack on my shaft – nothing. Now it’s still a rager but it’s just cold. So I get on Dr. Google and he says ‘go to the ER stupid’ So I go in. Get lucky. Not busy and they get me in right away.

And of course the check in nurse was 6 flavors of hot. Whatever. I told her right away ‘pretty sure I’ve got a priapism brought on by trazadone’ She was awesome. Got me in right away.

So the doc comes in, takes a look. Immediately nods in agreement with my assessment (med school really is a waste of time with internet) and tells me a couple of shots should clear it up.

Shots. Plural. Needles. In my d***

So 3 rounds of shots, 2 shots per round, 6 shots total and…..

And thank god it worked. If the 3rd round hadn’t worked there was all sorts of terrifying stuff that was next on the docket.

I hope this story was uplifting and gets yall thru the day.

My nephew when he was first in HS was talking to a classmate on the phone. He had pretty much only talked to family members on the phone previously. When they were done he said (as was his habit) ‘Love you, bye’.
Once he realized what he said and who he said it to he was mortified. He didn’t even want to go to school the next day. The classmate never mentioned it and might not have even noticed so it all ended well.

I usually say ‘bye’ on a business call.

Grinding your own sausage/burger is great too. I haven’t done beef since I usually have a bunch of game, but I’ve been catching pork butts on sale the last couple of years and making sausage. You can catch pork butts on sale for like $1-$1.5 a pound and it’s about the perfect fat content. I’ve probably made over 100 pounds of breakfast sausage and 50 pounds of brats over the last year and a half, not including wild game.

The only duck or pheasant you can eat (at least in Montana) is farm raised fowl. It is illegal to sell game animal meat.

I have been eating my fair share of pork lately, too. I can eat it plain with mustard, but it works well for finessing up, too. I am always a bit afraid to undercook it, though, because of the whole trichinosis, thing.

I’ve been living off cheeseburgers at work since I discovered I can just microwave raw hamburger meat and have a hamburger patty in 90 seconds. Yeah, it doesn’t have that char taste, but I don’t really care. To me, a cheeseburger is the sum of its parts, not just the burger. Throw it on a bun with cheese, pickles, ketchup and mustard, and it is fine.

Tinge of pink, not red like a steak. I actually have refused to go to Outback Steakhouse for about 10 years because the last time I was there I got a pork chop. It came out raw. Not pink or red, totally raw. I think I sent it back 3 times before I finally just told them I didn’t want it.

We went to this sketchy China Food place here in our one-horse town that people rave about on FB couple of weeks before Christmas, although I was a little concerned I’d get dog tapeworm or the like. No, I’m saying that the UV light comparison to x-ray radiation is a false equivalency meant to disarm people into thinking it’s okay to get endless x-rays for any reason. Perhaps it is the same amount of radiation, but penetrating radiation has more risk than UV light.

With how dentists and medical providers downplay the safety of x-rays, it surprises me that they somehow care so much about safety if people are pregnant, but yet I have to ask for a lead vest and thyroid guard if I am getting x-rays because they don’t automatically take precautions for me, my thyroid, or my gonads. And providers often order x-rays for anything – you come in with a cold? I think you need about 3 chest x-rays. Throwing up? Better do some x-rays. Even other industries like the airport? X-ray you every time you fly, NBD. As a whole, I wish people would be more careful about the impacts of harmful radiation and not downplay it.

MT Viking
Reply to  JRo_42

Well, if someone is actually saying the words, “this study is the equivalent dose that a banana receives for two minutes in direct sunlight” then you should say, “you’re a fucking idiot” and walk away. Now if someone says as I do, “a PA/lat CXR is an effective dose of 0.04 mSV which is the same as approximately 4 days of natural background radiation at our elevation in Montana” that is a fact.

I wondered if you were engaging in hyperbole with the UV comparison, because if true it is a dumb statement.

I don’t know of any medical provider or dentist that downplays the dangers of ionizing radiation. They may say that the risks of such and such study to little Johnny are small compared to the benefits of knowing whether he has pyelonephritis. I know a lot of medical providers, as in hundreds, but of course I don’t know what they say in the privacy of the patient room.

A pregnant patient is a special case because the fetus has cells that are rapidly dividing and the fetus cannot consent to the radiation, unlike an adult. A first trimester fetus is nearly all or none, in that the absorbed dose will either abort the fetus or cause no significant mutations.

If you do want to know the truth about the lead vest and the thyroid guard and the gonad shielding they are generally no longer recommended. I know that when I get those little bite wing x-rays at the dentist they lay a vest on me, the reality is the risk of me catching cooties from that vest is greater than any possible benefit of avoiding radiation exposure to my chest because a) the beam is tightly collimated and b) the dose is so miniscule it is like wearing a suit of armor to carry a sack of flour.

If the thyroid shield or gonad shield would happen to be insisted on by a patient for an exam like a chest x-ray or abdominal x-ray I would in turn counsel them that a) the automatic exposure control would ramp up the mAs and kVp because of the reduced incident rays upon the digital film giving you about 10x the effective dose and b) obscure potential pathology in your lower neck or pelvis, for example. Much of the absorbed scatter dose actually comes from x-rays reflected by your biological structures, not from the incident beam.

As for the explosion of medical diagnostic imaging, you are preaching to the choir, but the facts are that any new providers cannot function without it and that the benefits of rapid diagnosis have completely altered the nature of medical treatment. Diagnostic laparoscopy for suspected appendicitis without a CT? Doesn’t happen. Hand out morphine for a kidney stone without a CT? Doesn’t happen. Got a cough? Chest x-ray normal? Don’t need antibiotics which reduces the development of resistant strains.

You are welcome to refuse diagnostic imaging. Might not lead to the desired outcome but you can certainly refuse. Me? A couple of times when I’ve felt prickly I’ve insisted on a pat down at the airport, no big deal, otherwise I just go through the scanner, shit I’m going to get more exposure at 30,000 feet for five hours. As for diagnostic x-rays or CT, with my many many hours of training and ongoing education I would absolutely not want to be shielded.

Thus concludes the MT style vignette of the day.

I asked AI for the whole banana and exposure story, must be a dental school thing.

X-ray exposure, bananas, and sunlight all involve radiation, but dental X-rays are a tiny fraction of the background radiation from sources like the sun and bananas, with one dental X-ray being comparable to eating several bananas or a short time in sunlight, highlighting that everyday radiation exposure far exceeds medical X-rays, thanks to modern digital technology reducing X-ray doses significantly.

It’s funny because I’ve heard it several times as “a banana in the sunlight for 2 minutes” not “eating a few bananas” or “being in the sunlight for several minutes”. People must be combining the two things.

Also, I’ve heard it from non-dental places.

I would say that I’ve had exactly zero times in my life where I was told or warned about the concerns with radiation exposure with x-rays (I had to bring it up or ask). From providers or otherwise. It is always downplayed, from my experience, and it shouldn’t be. Which is why it surprises me the statement about screening females (esp. non-females) for pregnancy is a big deal (and don’t get me wrong, it should be a big deal to avoid that issue).

It makes sense…different policies at different hospitals. The policy at the hospitals I cover (since I am the RSO for those shops) is to ask any woman between the ages of 12 and 60 if there is any possibility of being pregnant and if there is a question wait for a pregnancy test. With that policy, we have done CT’s on a couple of early pregnancies. Therefore, I can see a more restrictive policy insisting all women of childbearing age have a pregnancy test, if you want to avoid that scenario. Since a transgender woman lists gender as female, there you go.

How far Darnold goes in the playoff is the bomb that is waiting to go off in Vikings Land.

If he is one-and-done, I think a certain segment will breath a sigh of relief. Otherwise, the further he goes, the more the angst will get turned up.

I was okay with Darold moving on before the season because I thought they must know what they are doing. Now, I think letting him go was a HUGE miscalculation. It will end up setting them back years.

This is the 20/20 hindsight question. I personally feel Darnold has always had the arm talent to be a top shelf QB in the NFL. He’s also mobile enough to scramble for first downs. His problem throughout his career has been between his ears. He looked better in that regard last year to me, and I thought he started showing signs of finally overcoming some of those demons. This year I see him taking a couple more steps in the right direction. So 20/20 hindsight says, yeah, we would be at the top of the NFC this year if Darnold had remained with the team.

Sure some hindsight but there’s also some hard facts worth noting. Last year Sam threw for 4300 yards and 35 TD’s. That is one hell of a lot of offense to let go.
And that was his first year operating in this offense. You have noted many times it takes time for a QB to adjust to a new offense. How much more comfortable would he have been this year. I don’t need hindsight to believe better.

Well, the question was if the demons had really been exorcised, and he was able to continue ascending in in his play, and production. The losses at the end of the year gave some folks pause in that regard. I can understand that. Personally, I would have found a way to bring him back, and make McCarthy beat him out if he could. That’s just how I operate. You have to earn your right to be the starter. McCarthy has been handed the reins, and as a result we have suffered through his injuries, and ups and downs. I think Sam was always the much better choice to be the starter this year.

The season isn’t over. Sam crapped the bed the last two games last year. The common thought was that KOC’s offense was the reason for his success during the regular season and that KOC could do the same with any QB. That was proven false this year.

Hindsight is always 20/20. We can’t ignore what the context truly was last offseason. Most teams weren’t convinced Sam could be “the guy.” The Seahawks gambled on it and won (so far…they haven’t won anything yet).

But you are adding in this whole season when the evaluation we are talking about happened before this whole season with a different team. This season is coloring your perception of where we were at last off season. I might be mixing up conversations, but that’s what it seems like.

Missed some throws? It seemed like half of his throws were way off (the times he wasn’t getting killed behind our line).

Of course, the missed facemask and the Stafford “incomplete pass” instead of fumble return screwed us too.

You mention Stafford and his play is signifigant to this discussion.
If one goes back to the Rams SB team in 21 and KOC was the OC. There was a five game span in the middle of the year where the Rams oline was having protection problems. And during that period Stafford threw an NFL record PIC sixes and as well as INT’s.
And that’s a QB that will be in the HOF.

Yeah, the line had a big effect, but KOC needed to make adjustments and he didn’t do well. And Sam was missing even easy throws – seeing ghosts again.

No crying in the breast milk, as it were. You gotta move on and get over Darnold. And until Seattle is actually in the bowl and I would hold up on any remorse.

i realize i’m an idiot, freely admitting that…

but the 21.5 sacks on hitman’s resume doesn’t impress me that much. I understand it is an impressive stat for a safety and not many have had that many blah blah blah.

it just doesn’t impress me. that’s all.

7th all time on list of sacks by a safety.
Not anywhere near the top in interceptions by a safety.

Still a stud that will be missed. I hope he stays on as a coach.

and i realize obviously 7th all time is crazy good

IT’S JUST NOT VERY MANY IMO…..for as many seasons as he played, not even 2 sacks a season? for as often as he blitzed?

i guess my expectations are unrealistic haha

I get where you’re coming from considering his blitz rate.

His impact blitzing was felt in more ways than just sacks. Forced bad throws, batted balls, disrupted screens, got picks – remember when he took the ball from Tannehill in Miami on a blitz?

Its an impressive number considering his position.

freezeyface
Reply to  Mjolnir

you are correct he was VERY disruptive and that was fun to see Flores kind of give Hitman free reign the last couple games when we were out of it, to run around and be crazy.

gonna miss him for sure

I think that’s how BFlo should’ve deployed him all year. Keep him rotated near the box and give him the freedom to call his own coverages/blitzes on the fly. Use him more like a linebacker.

Yup. Losing Bynum hurt. Could’ve had Metellus/Bynum on the back end – throw in Theo Jackson for a 3 safety look when needed and use Hitman in a ‘Joker’ role.

Yeah, I found that stat underwhelming as well. Along with his tackles for loss – I thought he’d have way more. That’s not even 4 per season. I know, I know, he’s a safety, but it seemed like he’d have more.

Sacks – 1.5 per year. Felt like it would be like 3-5 per year.

Yeah, 9 false starts(one where nobody moved) didn’t help. 2 blocked kicks at the end of the game was wild. I gained some great hairs last night. With how stressed i was last night, I don’t know if I could physically survive watching the Vikings in the Super Bowl. Also, no penalty applied in overtime is bull. The Illinois kicker damn near decapitated a dude and there was no penalty because, overtime.

Meh, if I were there and ended up sleeping in the bushes somewhere on the Villanova campus I’d be ok with it. I couldn’t imagine the emotional roller coaster being there live would have been. I think I’ve told the story, we were staying at a hotel with friends within walking distance of Vanderbilt U and I was sent to pick up a couple of salad bowls or what you call em’s at the nearby Kava I think it’s called? While I was waiting for my order several young ladies from Vandy came in, let’s just say I was very grateful to go to college in Edmonton when I was a young man with raging hormones, as at least 2/3 of the year everyone was covered up with winter clothing. If I had gone to Vanderbilt studying would have been very very difficult.

We’re going to have a lot of days, and time to discuss the team’s way ahead before we even get to the draft, much less OTA’s and training camp. That said, getting our cap space situation resolved is going to be one of the first orders of business. Restructuring contracts and cutting players is going to be on the table. I saw this, and think it’s sort of on the right track:

How I would approach the Vikings offseason:

1. Sign: Kenneth Walker, Marcus Mariota, Tyler Linderbaum

2. Cut: Jonathan Allen, Javon Hargrave, Ryan Kelly,

Restructure: TJ Hockenson, Byron Murphy

3. Extend: Jordan Addison, Jalen Redmond

Right now, the top 12 contracts we have count a little over $255M against the cap. Projected cap for 2026 is $304,300,000.

I don’t think Hockenson is worth bringing back and I’m not sure what Addison is going to want is worth it. It would just put the Vikings on the same situation as the Bengals, minus Joe Burrow.

I could see a JJ/Nailor 1-2 punch, and find another WR3.

Trade Addison and his off-season shenanigans (and does anyone think there isn’t a good chance of something happening THIS offseason?) for a decent early round pick.

2. is pretty good.

I don’t like TJ Hockenson. He can go. I also don’t care that much about Addison either. I’d rather keep Nailor than either of them.

I believe whatever QB they bring in will be the starter at the end of the season. I am officially giving up on JJM. He is weird and not very good. We will be forced to play out all the string on the situation, though.

I thought those 1st Round CB were more on Slick Rick than Zim?

I have been going DT/CB/S with my early mock picks based on which highest ranked players are available at #18.
Occasionally as short trade back if one is offered and there are similarly ranked players at position of need available.
I am still learning about the players to at this point I don’t really have favorites so ranking and position is how I base my choices.
