#3 seed is what skols wanted (check), rest/limit starters at Soldier Field (check)
and the bears will be playing for draft position
Bears between picks 1-4:
For No. 1 – the Houston Texans defeat the Colts, the Bears lose to the Vikings
For No. 2 – Texans lose, Bears lose/ or Texans, Bears, Broncos, Cardinals all win
For No. 3 – Bears win, one of the Broncos or Cardinals lose

For No. 4 – Bears win, both Broncos and Cardinals lose

we have to take the smalls after a game like yesterday

Despite having beaten the Philadelphia Eagles to improve to 7-9 on the season, the Saints needed one more game to go their way to keep their hopes alive another week. But the Minnesota Vikings proved all of their doubters right, choking against the Green Bay Packers and eliminating the Saints from playoff contention in their 41-17 loss. Thanks for nothing, Minnesota.

Morning.
Time to start talking about QBs this team can get in the draft.
Once again, they will get it RONG.

How do you come into a game with playoff implications and not show up? The offensive game plan looked as if it was pulled off the top of the pile. Adjustments were horrid, running is a faint memory, the budding star receiver was all but shutout, QB went into the tank, OL is still a big problem, the defense still having issues with the run, ST didn’t play well.

The defense has not improved with new leadership and hasn’t improved as the season played out. OL needs better talent. Kwesi has his work cut out for him. The offense is playing better than it did under the last regime and Jefferson is a stud, Hockenson was a nice addition but it is apparent that there are major issues with this team.

The team does have a swagger this season and that has helped win in many close games. O’Connell is still learning even with all the bumps thrown at the team during the season. Injuries on the OL are unfortunate but a reality for a team to work through as he attempts to figure things out. Dropping to the 3-seed was something I was expecting but I always look for a team to improve as the season plays out. It just seems like this year’s team is still finding its way even with the success.

The team got hit in the mouth yesterday and didn’t manage an answer. The good news is Nailor scored his first NFL TD and some reserve players got snaps in the game.
