Aloha, Skoloholics! The accolades keep rolling in for young Justin Jefferson. The NFL has announced the finalists for NFL Most Valuable Player, and the only non-quarterback on the list is the Minnesota Vikings’ Justin Jefferson.

Justin Jefferson has earned the right to be in this conversation after his record-breaking 2022-23 season, stats courtesy of ESPN. He set the all-time single season receiving yard record with 1,809 receiving yards in 2023. He caught 128 passes with eight touchdowns and EIGHTY first downs. JJ was a major contributing factor to the Vikings 13-4 record, as he made superstar plays throughout the season. The odds of a non-QB winning this award are slim, but if anyone has a shot, it’s Justin Jefferson.

It’s easy to spot and admire JJ’s talent, but it’s also a joy to see a young man who is as humble as he is, despite his mercurial talent. It’s going to be an absolutel joy to continue to watch Jefferson blossom. If this kid can stay healthy, we could be watching a legend in the making. SKOL!!!!!!!!!
