FedEx gives fans the opportunity to recognize weekly top-performing quarterbacks and running backs in games played on Thursday through Sunday through the FedEx Air & Ground NFL Players of the Week Awards. Voting is open until Wednesday at 3:00 p.m. ET at NFL.com/FedEx each week of the season. Fans can also vote on Twitter via the @NFL published polls and on the NFL Mobile App.
Through the FedEx Air & Ground NFL Players of the Week Awards, FedEx will make a $2,000 donation in the names of the winning quarterback and running back ($4,000 total) to Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU). Each donation will be made in the name of the winning quarterback and running back, which will go towards needs-based scholarships to deserving HBCU students.
KC is nominated?
Wow… I need a minute….
Have two
Donations from FedEx for African Americans only….. cool cool cool cool…. Not racist at all. Let’s not do children’s hospitals or Veterans or something, let’s make more scholarships specifically for one demographic, which if it was different, would be labeled racist and everyone involved would be cancelled immediately. I find these “donations” very frustrating as they are limited to so few just because the color of their skin.
Saw that. I didn’t write most of this, it was sent, I just altered the top a bit.
I’m not saying it’s your fault at all, but I think we have a racist education system and institutions are also this way, and it’s not the racist way everyone claims/thinks it is….
Kirk should win, I hope Murray does too
I hope Murray does, too, but I think Stevenson has a lock on the ground award this week.
