As we know, the Vikings are on a bit of a tear after a slow start, while the Broncos are also starting to find their footing after a slow start which dates back to opening day of 2022. I don’t hate the Broncos, but I don’t like Sean Payton, so I hope we clobber them. SKOL!!!!!!!

Dobbs mobility is nice, often buying time and looking downfield to throw (at times forgoing open field, which was puzzling) but his limitations throwing the ball are glaring. Most passes were behind the receiver and had very little velocity. Several throws I thought were going to be surefire interceptions.
Defense played well I thought. The dropped interception was a killer.

Addison running out of bounds, short of the sticks, made me mad. He needed to cut up the field and stretch the ball out.
Mistakes killed the team. More fumbles.
I also have no clue why the defense went into ‘prevent mode’ on that final drive by the Broncos. Abandoned what had been working all game and it bit them in the ass. I also question our offense’s play calls on the final drive. The Broncos were blitzing like crazy, and our only answer is to continue to get Dobbs assaulted? No screens underneath to neutralize the blitz? They had timeouts left.
Dammit.
6-5 is better than 0-3, but that’s a shit game to lose. Shoulda been a W.

Tough loss… too many mistakes. Defense hung in there and fought hard. That TD catch though was weak by our DB. Way too passive there. Even so, all those turnovers just killed us.
