This is a boring time of year for sports watching for me. Timberwolves play again tonight, but they are severely overmatched. I would be surprised if OK does not win it all. NBA still sucks. I will find something to watch on one of the stupid streaming services instead. I am ready for training camp to start, so the videos of JJ to Jets start ramping up. It is Memorial Day weekend, so thank a Veteran or anyone who serves, since they are the reason I am able to waste time and money ruining a good walk on the golf course today, and we all have what freedom we do enjoy.

The kids had a blast. Met a family from Michigan, they didn’t tell their son where they were going until they got to the stadium. Awesome stuff. Told them about this place, hopefully they find their way here.

It is obvious that we have had a mental health crisis in the country since Ronny Reagan shut down all the mental institutions. We dealt with a lot of them in prison.

How does one get their kid in such a camp? My kiddo would die if I did that for him.
I got lucky and saw the announcement for the event before it was sold out. I posted it up top that day. I think it sells out pretty quickly.
My son got into a John Randle camp back in the day.
I don’t know how he got the invite/tickets since i was just notified when he needed the money.
I did get a signed football out if it.
Eli got a jersey/shirt, that’s about it. Great memories, though. Really glad we came.
I’ll try to be on top of it next year and post as soon as the camp is announced & tickets are available.

Rec for ‘Always Remember’ those who gave the ‘Full Measure Of Devotion’.
It will be a busy weekend. We have a graduation party for one of my great nieces today. That is a 2 hour round trip plus the party is for 3 hours and we will be there the whole time and may stick around to clean up a little. Tomorrow after church we have a couple of graduation parties of kids from my wife’s school. At least those are just ones that we pop in for a few minutes and then can move on. I also need to mow the lawn on Sunday and maybe do some other yard work. Then on Monday we have a family get together at one of my cousins. The weather is supposed to be nice with mostly sunny and highs in the mid 60s. Overall, it should be a good weekend.
