The NFL officials botched another game last night. They must want Baltimore to host the Swifties in the AFCCG. Either the refs are really terrible, or the games are scripted, or both. Clear holding and blow to the head both not called on the Bungles 2-point try at the end of the game. Just as blatant as the murder attempts on Sam Darnold the last two weeks.
We get a game in Germany to watch this week, so another day with more than 12 hours of football.

Pace and Cashman were full participates in Friday practice, looks likely they will play Sunday. Murphy has not been activated and would require a roster move to be able to play.

Hope Walz, the daughter of Gov. Tim Walz, posted a video following her father’s election loss claiming that American doesn’t “deserve” a candidate as great as Vice President Kamala Harris.
Walz, 23, made the remarks in a video she filmed of herself and posted on TikTok, the social media platform with ties to the Chinese Communist Party.
“I’ve officially reached the point of anger, and I’m not an angry person, so I’m just trying to channel it,” Hope Walz said in a post on TikTok on Thursday.
“This country does not deserve Kamala Harris. That woman should go live her best life wherever she wants, doing whatever she wants, because we don’t deserve her at this point,” she said.
“The only people who delivered this election were black women and we failed them,” she added, stating that she would “do whatever we can to support them and our people through these next four years.”

Massachusetts Democrat Governor Maura Healey says she will “absolutely not” be cooperating with the expected mass deportation movement by the incoming Trump administration, warning that she will use “every tool in the toolbox” to “protect” residents in the state.
This comes after Healey was asked on MSNBC on Wednesday whether the Massachusetts State Police would assist the federal government in the mass deportation of illegal immigrants.
This is the shining example of the Democrats that must be shown to every law-abiding U.S. citizen. A Governor facilitating the illegal invasion of the country by people with no right to be here. They have broken the law by coming in with no legal authority to do so. The Governor expects taxpayers to support her misguided view, and pay for these people. Hello? McFly? The majority is speaking. We want to STOP paying for people who are in the country illegally, and escort them out.
Actually I am O.K. with this….let’s just be sure to round up all of the illegals in other states and ship them to Massachusetts and make sure they do not get federal funding to care for them.

She had asked my replacement to send the request in and he didn’t do anything. She said ‘You have been gone for months and you are still accomplishing more here than the Jerk who replaced you is’.

Our family is politically mixed. A lot of die-hard liberals and a lot of staunch conservatives. i had an interesting conversation with my 12 yr old grandson on election Day. My wife (conservative) and I (more conservative than wife,) raised him for 6 years. He now lives with his liberal mom (and she is a great mother), but he is at our house daily. He was asking all kinds of questions like:
– How do you become a D or R?
– What is the difference?
– If you are one, can you vote for others?
– When can I vote?
I try to be unbiased and objective with the belief,” he is a mature kid, give him runway to figure it out”. he asked a lot of questions of who people in the family voted for.
In the end he said, ” I don’t think we should let anyone into our country, just the good people”, he also added, ” and transgender people should not play girls sports, it is not fair to the girls”.

Harris is a bad candidate, no actually a terrible candidate. When she actually ran in a primary she was dead last.

The democratic candidate for House of Reps for our district had an ad on saying how she was one of us and grew up on a farm. As they are saying that, she is shown out putting some feed in a trough for some cows. She was dressed in designer jeans and fancy boots. My wife grew up on a dairy farm. Even if you are late for a date, you do NOT go out to the farmyard dressed like that. You wear work clothes and barn boots. The candidate probably did grow up on a farm, but her handlers probably had her dress like that of the ad. If I picked up on it and I’m a town boy, I’m sure most farmers also were laughing at that one.

I am glad Trump won, he has a great chance to actually unify, the people are ready for it, clearly. But if he goes on his typical shit talking streak… it’s not going to happen. I do worry. I swear to gawd if he appoints Pompeo to Secretary of State, that would be really, really disappointing and show he really hasn’t learned from the past. I don’t know how many of you caught his whole interview with Rogan. It was good but one thing he basically said was he had no clue what he was doing when he was elected last time when he had like thousands of people to appoint. I mean, the whole campaign he lied about that, always says he has the best people and knows exactly who he is going to appoint but he’s a politician and salesman… he gonna lie. But really no excuses this time. Appoint the right people.
Yes the conservative side is doing a better job in a LOT of ways and that has been reflected in the election. I don’t deny that. I don’t however believe the party as a whole stands on principle, just like the democratic party doesn’t. I am talking about the party, the people at the top, not the people voting for them. I just don’t think the party that enacted the patriot act and wanted to spy on every American actually gives a shit about our individual liberties. Just like I don’t think the opposite party that extended/expanded it gives a shit either. So that’s what I mean that they are both the same and just as corrupt. In the 90s and early 2000s sure there Tipper Gore but for the most part it was the religious right that had book burnings, wanted shit banned etc… and it was the left screaming about freedom of speech. But maybe you are thinking to yourself… nope the Right is totally principled in this matter now… they are all for freedom speech… So why has there been basically a triple uptick of book bans in schools by Republican lead laws and law makers. Here’s the laws:
Iowa’s SF 496, which took effect July 2023, requires all materials to be “age-appropriate” – a definition that prohibits any description or depiction of a “sex act.” The law has been interpreted to ban books with any content related to sex or gender in books. To date, SF 496 has led to thousands of book bans during the 2023-2024 school year, compared to 14 bans from 2021-2023, before the law was in place.
Florida’s HB 1069 created a statutory process for book banning. The law, which went into effect July 2023, requires that any book challenged for “sexual conduct” must be removed during the review process. The law, and state guidance building on it, has been linked to a significant rise in book bans during the 2023-2024 school year.
And here’s the deal, if you agree books with sexually explicit material should be band because then the Bible should also be banned in schools. There’s really no way around this one, there’s some dirty, kinky shit in the Bible. But Iowa has this law on the books too! But I digress.
How did the party of decency, and no naughty words and still the party of no sex related things in school turn into the party of, “fuck your feelings and grab em by the pussy?” Did everyone die and get replaced? NO. These parties sway back in the forth in the wind in an attempt to get votes and then their blind followers go with them. At one point it was the right who had FOX News and Bill O’reilly (who now seems very moderate) pushing “news” with a political agenda… now obviously the left has taken over that helm and is much worse. So again, I say yes the left is worse RIGHT NOW but give it 10ish years and we’ll sway back around again. Just please stand on your principles and don’t just sway with them.
This is why I think it does no good to say THE LEFT IS TRYING TO RUIN AMERICA! K, how? Say what they are doing, say something of substance instead of just using rhetoric that divides us more. I hate it when the right just says some form of, ORANGE MAN BAD! Because it does the EXACT same thing. It offers nothing other than division.

The left is trying to destroy the country by legislating from the bench, limiting freedom of speech and freedom of expression, telling us the First Amendment is getting in their way, and the second Amendment has to go. They are attacking Capitalism which foundationally gives every American the opportunity to be prosperous. Liberal colleges don’t want to fly the American flag, because “it’s too divisive”. They celebrate terrorists and criminals as “oppressed people” and want many more millions of illegal aliens to come into this country, and use our tax dollars to support them, to build their voter base.
I could go on and on, and on with all the ridiculous stances, like defunding the police, burning down our cities when they don’t get their way, etc, etc, etc.

Actually many of the French civilians are extremely thankful…I have several acquittances who have visited the Normandy coast and they are treated like royalty…especially if they find out you are related to someone who was there doing the fighting.

I worked with Senior NATO leaders for many years. Arrogant, and self serving, for the most part. NATO countries have failed from its inception to live up to the charter. They look at America as being rich and powerful, so they’re good with us paying for the defense of Europe, and doing all the heavy lifting.

I have told this story concerning NATO before…
My BIL was deployed to Bosnia years ago…The Americans, French, and British troops all arrived at a designated spot to set up a field operations HQ. It was raining. The American troops went about setting up their tents, buildings, etc, in the middle of a rain storm. The French and British were astonished. They hid in their trucks smoking cigarettes and delayed getting their shit set up for several hours because they were afraid of getting wet.

Same, the laziness and lack of discipline I witnessed was deplorable. I went to Zagreb for a meeting with some German officials stationed there. They offered to take me through their facilities on the spur of the moment, and I accepted. We walked into a room with about 10 German soldiers, who were drinking and watching porn movies projected on a screen. Not one of them were embarrassed, and the senior leaders basically said, it was hard on the troops serving away from home. I was angry, and penned a letter to the German Minister of Defense, Rudolf Scharping. No reply.
