Sitting out here on the old front porch with a nice hot cup of coffee. Our first hard freeze last night, so it is still a bit chilly. But a question for everyone
The win Sunday surprised me, I think it surprised a lot of us. I think most of us agree, however, that this team has something special going……so far. But so did the Eagles until last night. SO when does out magical journey end? We likely are not going to win out until we hit the Super Bowl, and even getting the #1 seed in the NFC is still a battle. Where do you think this team will finish. I am thinking 13-4 and the #2 seed. I thought we would go 2-2 through this tough 4 game stretch, but maybe we make it 3-1 instead? Who knows. Still on the road with Chicago & GB could easily result in 1 loss. We can’t look past the Giants or Lions either.
So still a lot of football to go, and I still feel we are sitting on the edge of a knife, and we could fall to either side of it. If we put it all together for a full game, we fall in the good side. We all know what the bad side looks like
Yeah, the Vikings aren’t going 16-1, and they’ve been playing with fire all season.
Dropping a game to the Jets wouldn’t been the worst thing to happen
I think 12-5 is the most likely outcome at this point.
I’m more interested in seeding than W/L record now, it’ll be interesting to see how things start settling over the coming weeks. Eagles are susceptible now. Winners of the North and East should be top two seeds. Hard to imagine the Seahawks or 49ers getting there, let alone anyone from the South.
I don’t want to go to Philadelphia in the post-season. I want to play home games. Need to get 1 seed, or need another team to knock off Eagles for us. Could be Cowboys or Giants.
12-5 will likely not land us a #1 seed. Had to see the Eagles losing 5 of their remaining 8 games
12?
more like 14 or 15
The Vikings will lose to the Bears and Lions.
Sad but true.
13-14 wins though. Not too shabby.
Bears and Lions?
are you drunk?
I think a lot depends on health. If we can stay healthy we can hang with anyone.
Imagine losing to the Commanders LOL
Gross.
that’s like being a packers or eagles fan or something….
hahahaha, the poopeaters lost last night
Prolly needed an extra helping of horse poop to… digest yesterday’s loss
division games are often bizarre
So very true. The Washington Lame Names had the right plan however. Keep the ball and give Philly only a little time to score. Heineke (sp?) was on fire last night.
