Well as far as an 8-2 can suck… the Vikes are really holding all the weird records.
Vikings plummeted from #17 to #24 in DVOA this week.
This puts them behind the Lions and Giants, of whom they were previously ahead, adding 2 losses to the prediction. 10-7 finish, yikes.

Actually, it was worse than I was expecting. I figured since the metric already saw through the W/L record to their poor performances, and since Dallas is good and the metric adjusts for opponent quality, that it would be much of a drop.
17 to 24 is enormous, especially this deep into a season.
DVOA just hates the Vikings is all. Seriously.
