Among many other rankings and such, PFF produces a weekly list of the league’s top offensive lines. This week, the Minnesota Vikings offensive line cracked the top ten of this list, coming in at exactly number 10. That is the first time this year that the Vikings O-line has cracked the top 10, and it’s the first time in a very long time overall.

So the OL improved?
I remember that was the excuse for Cousins.
Yet, his stats are worse.
You know why this OLine cracked the top ten? Because the dude that put together that ranking was high on crack!
In all seriousness, our OL seems to develop nicely, Darrisaw could be the real deal at LT. Wreck must be so proud! Oh, wait…
Sweet. We have seen the improvement. I look forward to the continued development. All home-grown talent
Yep, it took a long time, but it looks like they’ve finally gotten it figured out. I still say it was mostly scheme.
Somewhat agree, I don’t think it’s mostly but for sure some. I can’t remember which OC it was, but I remember Zim putting them on blast and saying we don’t need to get cute with all the motions and quick pass/screens etc… I was like, “dude, he’s making up for the soft OL!” While I agree the scheme we are running helps we also didn’t have Darrisaw, we didn’t have a veteran presence at LG, Bradbury is playing better while not good or great, Potato still be Potato-ing. lol. Look at that, 3 of the 4 NFCN teams are on that list. Honestly curious if the Lions stay at that spot with Hock gone. Not saying their OL without him is bad but he for sure helps.
