That’s right, it’s game day! The 7-2 Vikings are in Tennessee to take on the 2-7 Titans. On paper, the Vikings should be able to win this game, but we Vikings fans know that what’s on paper means nothing. This team has a bad habit of playing poorly against teams they should beat. For reference, see last week. I hope to see the Vikings passing offense once again look like a passing offense. Sam Darnold needs to cut down on the interceptions, especially the red zone interceptions. He had 5 interceptions through the first seven games, and he’s had 5 interceptions in the past two games.
The Vikings defense seemed to get back on track last week against the Jaguars, only allowing one score the entire game. Let’s hope they can build on that and re-find their early season dominating ways. We’ll also be keeping an eye on John Parker Romo, the Vikings interim kicker. He was perfect last week, let’s hope he can keep it up until Reichard gets healthy.
From Vikings.com, the final week 11 Vikings @ Titans injury report. Aaron Jones and Van Ginkel were both full participants. I still think Jones will be limited.
