What a relief. I just didn’t want the kid to lose confidence in his first game. His team mates will feel better too. Once he started clicking, the whole team got energized.
That 4th quarter was beautiful to watch. JJ showed resilience and poise, wasn’t scared to make plays after that abysmal first half. Looks like a winner, that one. Very happy over here.
Same! He will likely still make some rookie mistakes, but he earned some respect from fans and team mates tonight.
