First Half
Pathetic, abysmal, poorly played, poorly coached. That summarizes the Vikings first half. The Colts got a pick 6, returned a blocked punt for a TD, and ran all over the Vikings defense and special teams. What a horrible half of football. 33-0 at the end of the half. You read that right. Also, the refs are horrendous and should not be on an NFL football field.
Second Half
The Colts went into their “run out the clock” mode on offense, which made the Vikings defense look less bad. The offense woke up, and brought the Vikings back from a 33 point defecit. JJ was on fire, KJ was on fire, Dalvin Cook was on fire, and Kirk was on fire at times, after he played poorly for the first half. This half was a FUN half of football to watch. The Vikings tied the game at 36 late in the 4th, then got a stop, but couldn’t score on the ensuing series after the Colts punt. Game goes to overtime.
Overtime
The Vikings won the toss.
Summary
Well, 11-3 is 11-3, and an NFC North title is an NFC North title. The first half was garbage, but the comeback was one of the most enjoyable halves of football I’ve ever watched. I love this team, even though they frustrate the hell out of me at times. Just win, baby. I can’t wait to see this team play in the playoffs this year, who knows what can happen? Is a title likely? Hell no, today’s first half shows the team’s limitations. Is a title possible? Hell yes. Today’s comeback and win shows the team can do the impossible. SKOL!!!!!!!

The most impressive thing about todays win? Refs fucked us every way possible. To the tune of taking 14 points off the board. Terrible special teams. Bad pick 6. Routes cut short. Gave up like 7 sacks.

The Refs, again, were atrocious and helped out the Colts a lot. Taking 14 points off the board, just like that? Fuck those guys. So very glad that the Vikes still managed to claw their way back into the game and win it in the end in historic fashion.

Absolutely. It was the biggest farce of a first half I ever witnessed at any level of football high school to pros. I mean they couldn’t find their dicks with both hands. Then the refs were by far the most inept group of fuck sticks I’ve ever seen. They literally were standing there staring at each other like “what do we do???” When Sullivan was running that fumble in to the endzone. I’ve lost a lot of respect for the NFL this season…its a joke how substandard the officiating is and I can’t accept “it’s part of the game”. It’s simply dictating outcomes whether it’s intentional or not.
For or against the Vikings they need to let it play out. Worst case? They reviews and overturn.

Hey you sacks….remember the Vikings held the Eagles to 3 points in the second half also just like they did today. Defense sucks at times but it can also bristle up. Ed gets a lot of flack but only fair he gets the credit for his adjustments when they work.
Epically embarrassed by a 4 win team and in the meantime setting an all time nfl record as the luckiest team in the history of the game, by going 10-0 in one score games.

Finally a positive record in the nfl of coming back 30 points to win to go with their numerous worst ever records set this year.
