Glad you all are with us this weekend. We’ll hang out, watch the games, and root for…….nobody? I dunno, I think I’m rooting for the Bengals, although I watch football in a very detached way once the Vikings are out of it. I watch, but I don’t really care. Know what I mean?
The Saturday games are over, so all we have left are two games in the NFL. Here are scores from yesterday’s games and a preview of today’s games from ESPN. The Bills take on the Bengals at 2:00, and the Cowboys take on the 49ers at 5:00. I think the 49ers will beat the Cowpies, and the Bengals-Bills game is a toss-up, in my opinion. Both should be close games, but I could see the 49ers potentially blowing out the Cowboys if their defense can shut down Pollard and Elliot and make Dak try to beat them through the air.

Tony Pollard suffered a fractured left fibula that will require surgery, according to multiple sources. Normally those require a three-month recovery. Bad
Purdy 19 of 29 (65.5%) for 214 yards, 0 TD’s and 0 interceptions. Niners win the game with 19 points. Did have a number of big throws on 3rd and long for first downs though. Niners ran the ball 32 times for 113 yards.

Those last two offensive series by Dallas looked like they ran out of plays to run. WTF was that, Dak was completely off nearly threw a pick 6 then misses an open WR deep. Next series runs in the EZ and Armstead should have blasted him for a safety. I have no idea what all of that was. Shultz I have no words that’s just ridiculous to not get your feet down. Weird all of it.

Yeah, that injury was bad. I knew when I saw it that he was out for the game. I expect something is broken or torn.
Dak 12 of 16 (75%) for 81 yards and a TD plus two interceptions. He has a 66.9 passer rating. His defense is keeping the Cowboys in the game. Purdy 12 of 19 (63%) for 129 yards and an 83 passer rating.
