Alright, the weekend is finally here! From the sounds of it, with the Minnesota Vikings on their bye week, most of us are either working in the yard or golfing this weekend. I’ll be one of the dudes working in the yard, haven’t golfed in years. I think I’m going to put something on the smoker as well, I’m just not sure what yet, I’m thinking a pork loin or maybe a chicken.
